ANZAC Centenary Memorial Garden Walk SA
The design for this project was “founded upon simple and strong special order” according to project designer, Grieve Gillett Anderson Architects. The aim was to transform Kintore avenue into a public space for gathering, education, reflection and contemplation. ANZAC walk has been designed to “accommodate every day movement and large events without losing any sense of purpose” the walk “provides a generous, welcoming, safe, and inviting space that is accessible and age friendly.”
Much of the lit ambience which highlights the stunning design after the sun goes down was supplied by Pecan Lighting working in conjunction with our sister company Spark Furniture who delivered a range of wall mounted seating in stunning Australian hardwoods. Spark also created the narrative signage placed opposite the formidable etched black granite wall.
